Additionally, Inamdar Consultancy is a Zoho Finance Partner and utilizes WhatsApp Cloud API to provide enhanced communication services. The plugins and APIs we sell are listed on the Zoho Marketplace and are developed and owned by our partner company, BluePeacock.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
• Providing accurate and timely information and documentation required for the completion of services such as tax filings, compliance, audits, and other consulting tasks.
• Notifying us promptly of any changes in their financial or business circumstances that may affect the delivery of our services.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in delays, additional charges, or inability to complete the services.
4. Software Licence
Ownership
All software purchased from Inamdar Consultancy is licensed, not sold. We retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to the software.
Licence Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for your personal or business use, as specified in the software’s documentation or licence agreement.
Restrictions
You may not:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Distribute, sell, or transfer the software to any third party without prior written consent from us.
5. Ordering and Payment
Orders
All orders for software or services are subject to acceptance by Inamdar Consultancy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, even after confirmation.
Pricing
The prices for software and services are as stated on our website or in the respective agreement at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Payment
You agree to pay the full amount for the software or services at the time of purchase. Payment can be made through the available payment methods specified on our website or in the respective agreement.
6. Delivery and Support
Delivery
Upon successful payment, we will provide you with the necessary instructions and access credentials to download or use the software or services.
Support
We provide support for bugs or issues within the scope of our software and services. Support will be provided online via remote sessions or other channels. Additional support services may be subject to additional charges.

7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
14. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Pune, Maharashtra, in English, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
15. Feedback and Suggestions
By providing feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use them in any manner, including for service improvements or marketing purposes. We will not disclose your identity without your consent.
16. Modifications to the Agreement
We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website, services, or purchase of software after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
17. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Inamdar Consultancy regarding the use of our website, services, and the sale of software, and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
